Refund Policy

Physical goods
We accept returns on physical items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. To start a return, email editor@steelmendispatch.co.uk with your order number and reason. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Digital products & subscriptions
Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds on digital downloads once accessed. For subscriptions, you may cancel at any time and access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription time.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
